i keep having this issue

on the second playthrough only (i didn’t have it the first time), where i can’t use items most of the time.  the option is redded out like it is on the item cooldown timer, but this happens even before i use an item for the first time.

it started happening in the f arc, ever since the first boss fight in the arcadia gardens.  i’ve been playing on chaos, if that makes a difference.  well, i was, then i had to lower it to evil because i can’t stay alive without life bottles.

am i the only one?

i was like ‘i wonder if this game as any dlc’ so i checked and it’s all stupid stuff.  but i had 5 bucks in my wallet, so i bought the pack of asbel’s ‘early’ titles anyway just for the hell of it

and i unlocked the beachwear costume just in time for the snowy zone
